Are 43 cm lungime inclusiv manerul.Greutate: 1.212 kg.Poate fi folosit: foc deschis.Curatare: Dupa fiecare utilizare, se spala cu apa calda si detergent, se usuca.Recomandam: pentru coacerea napolitanelor dulci sau sarate.Reteta: Ingrediente: 10 kg de faina fina, 6 kg de unt, 6 kg de zahar pudra, 1 pachet de zahar vanilat, 1 l de lapte, ulei de gatit pentru uns, 1 ou. Mod de preparare: Se amesteca zaharul si untul pana devine spumos. Adaugati ouale, zaharul vanilat, laptele si faina. Lucrati pana se omogenizeaza, apoi lasati sa se odihneasca timp de 20 de minute. Ungeti aparatul de napolitana cu ulei, incalziti-l si prajiti napolitane crocante, aurii, lingura cu lingura.
